Radical accountability. Honest guidance. A real path forward.
Sessions are online via secure Zoom from my office in Red Deer, serving couples across Alberta.
Not all relationships survive betrayal—but those that do require more than just "time". Whether you are navigating a recent discovery or dealing with long-term resentment, this is direct support to rebuild your foundation
You’re in a crisis—and you’re not sure if trust can ever be restored.
You may be:
- Reeling from a recent discovery
- Stuck in a loop of questioning and defensiveness
- Wondering if the relationship still has a future
- Ready for the "truth" but afraid of the damage
No matter where you’re starting from, I’ll meet you there with professional, direct guidance.
What We Work On
Together, we work on the radical accountability that repair requires. We get underneath the betrayal to see what was really going on.
You’ll learn how to:
- Communicate with accountability instead of escalation
- Rebuild emotional safety through consistent action
- Stop the reactive loop of blame
- Turn the chaos of betrayal into a path for clarity
What Makes This Work Different?
This isn’t just talking about feelings.
This is deep, honest, practical work using Relational Life Therapy (RLT), an approach that demands accountability and teaches you how to:
- Speak the truth with respect
- Build trust without continuing the blame cycle
- Repair conflict cleanly
- Show up as full, accountable partners
It’s fast, focused, and real. No fluff. Just tools, truth, and transformation.
What You Can Expect
✔️ Online sessions, day, evening, and weekends
✔️ Radical accountability (for both partners)
✔️ Guidance for navigating the specific pain of betrayal
✔️ Honest, personalized feedback (not just nodding)
✔️ Actionable tools you’ll actually use to rebuild
You’ll leave each session with clarity and specific tools. And you’ll know exactly what to work on between sessions. Many couples experience real change in just 4 to 6 sessions (8 to 12 hours), especially when they commit to the work outside of our time together.
Whether you're facing infidelity, anger, shutdown, or simply drifted apart, I’ll walk with you, if you're both ready to do the work.

Common Questions About Infidelity Recovery Counselling
Can a relationship actually survive infidelity?
- Yes - but not through time alone. Relationships that recover from betrayal do so through radical accountability, honest conversation, and consistent action. RLT gives both partners the tools to do that work. Whether reconciliation is the right outcome is something we'll clarify together.
Does the partner who cheated have to come to sessions?
- For couples work, yes - both partners need to be present. If only one partner is ready right now, start with the free intro session. We can talk about where each of you is and whether couples work makes sense at this stage.
How long does infidelity recovery take?
- Most couples experience meaningful shift in 4 to 6 sessions (8 to 12 hours of work). Infidelity recovery often takes longer than general couples work because the trust repair process has specific stages. We'll have a clearer picture after the first full session.
What if we haven't decided whether to stay together?
- That's exactly where many couples start. You don't need to have made a decision before coming in. The work itself often clarifies what's possible and what each partner actually wants. Clarity is a valid outcome even if reconciliation isn't.
Is this different from regular couples counselling
- Yes. Infidelity repair requires a specific sequence - accountability first, then emotional safety, then rebuilding trust. RLT is structured to move through that sequence directly. This isn't open-ended talk therapy. Each session has a purpose and a direction.
Are sessions online or in person?
- Both. Most couples across Alberta join by secure Zoom. In-person sessions in Red Deer are available Mondays and Thursdays. The intro session can be either - whatever works best for you.
