Empowering Relationships Through Clarity, Courage, and Real Work
At RLT Marriage Counselling, I believe that deep, lasting change comes from honesty, accountability, and relational courage.
My mission is to help couples stop recycling the same arguments and start building the connection they truly want.
This work is not about blame or shame. It is about understanding what is driving your patterns and learning how to do better together.
Whether you are in crisis, feeling stuck, or wanting to elevate your relationship, I am here to walk with you through that journey.
Mission
To provide fast, effective, and relationally focused counselling that helps couples in Alberta rebuild trust, repair disconnection, and develop the skills to navigate life’s hard seasons together.
I offer practical, real-world support that helps couples move from reactive patterns to conscious, connected partnership.
Vision
To create a space where couples can do the real work of transforming their relationship without shame, without judgment, and without dragging things out.
My vision is to be a trusted resource for Alberta couples who are ready to move beyond surface-level fixes and invest in a relationship that lasts.
Stewardship
I believe that creating safety in your relationship starts with creating safety in the spaces where we work and live.
I am committed to providing thoughtful, responsive care that honors the trust couples place in me.
I also believe in showing up as a respectful steward of the land and community that holds us.
Diversity
I work with all couples. All races, cultures, faith backgrounds, abilities, genders, sexualities, and consensual relationship structures are welcome and respected here.
I am committed to creating a space where every couple can feel safe, valued, and fully seen.
Land Acknowledgment
I respectfully acknowledge the traditional territories of the many First Nations, Metis, and Inuit peoples who have cared for this land in Alberta for generations before my time here.
I am honored to live and work on this land and strive to recognize their stewardship in the way I show up in my work and in my life.
